Our Staff
Dr Nirmal Grewal, MBBS, owns the clinic. He works between his three clinics and the emergency department of hospitals. His special interests include occupational and men’s health, stress management and emergency medicine. He also enjoys travel and watching the footy and cricket.
Dr Mark Dutney, MBBS FRACGP, has worked for our clinics for many years and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. Dr Dutney has a special interest in skin cancer medicine. He also has a passion for art.
Dr Sangeet Kaur, MD, moved to Penola with her young family in 2020 and is a valued part of our team. Dr Kaur has a strong community focus and special interest in women’s and children’s health and aged-care.
Trish Cameron is our practice nurse with a special interest in mental health. She assists our doctors with immunisations, blood tests, minor procedures, chronic disease management, health checks and more.
Karen Robinson is a regular visiting practice nurse. She assists our doctors and has a special interest in travel and vaccinations.
Di Lindsay is one of our practice nurses, assisting our doctors with blood tests, care plans, immunisations and more.
Nicole Reeves grew up in Penola and is our reception team leader and a valued member of our team. She brings enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to any challenge that comes her way.
Leigh Armstrong works in reception and is an important part of our team. She comes with many years of experience working at the clinic and has a strong focus on patient care.
Leolla Balk is our medical receptionist and is a valued member of our clinic team. She is a friendly and bubbly part of our team, having grown up near Penola.
Tania Black is our clinical administrator, assisting our nurses as well as helping out on the reception desk.
Darragh Whelan is our assistant practice manager and has been working for the company since 2013. Her favourite thing about her role is supporting her wonderful team, problem solving, organisation and implementing new processes and procedures.
Teresa Hodgetts is our head clinical administrator, working for the company since 2016. She brings a strong focus in teamwork and has extensive experience in occupational health.
